Support of the gutters on this home or damage from the storm. But none of the gutters on this home will survive a roofing job. So it is worth mentioning that our owner should prepare to pay for all new gutters out-of-pocket less the gutters that the insurance company will pay for.

This membrane roof does not appear to be impacted anywhere. It is very old but a roof coating would probably suit this very nicely and be a good solution after we roof over the top of it.

Shingles and debris from the old roof plus construction traffic will damage the roof.  Doubtful Insurance will intend to pay any money for this portion since it is not damaged.
