Litespeed Construction fixed leaky windows using metal to cover the bottom of the windows. We replaced the wood at the windows that had been rotting due to leaks. We added metal to the bottom of the windows to make sure that no water would get through and then clear coated all of the wood.

    Metal Added Behind Wood

    The rotten wood was cut out of this section and then had metal added behind it. The metal was added because this section is exposed and this will prevent any leaks.

    Rotten Wood Replaced

    These sections of the windows had rotten wood and was replaced. Each section was about a foot long. Once the wood was replaced it was clear coated to prevent leaks.

    Metal Was Added To The Bottoms Of Thr Windows

    Metal was added to the entire length of the bottoms of the windows. This will divert any water down to the membrane and away from the windows. The tops of the metal was sealed and then clear coated to prevent any leaks
