This home in Knoxville, TN, will be getting a new roof before it is sold. This roof has a 12 pitch on the main house and an eight-pitch on the garage side. The shingles are a bit older, and you can see some spots with damage on them. The shingles aren’t being held down very well anymore and can easily be pulled up. When pulled up, you can see that some of these nails have rust on them, meaning there has been some water coming through.
