Shingles Are Not Being Held Down

Most of the shingles on this roof can be easily pulled up. The glue strip on the shingles are no longer holding them down as well. This is extremely important so that water doesn’t get in under the shingles.

    Pipe Boots In Bad Shape

The back side of this roof has five boots and they are all in bad shape. These boots have deteriorated and would be very easy for water to get in and cause problems on the inside of the home.

    Old Metal Ridge Vent

This home has an old metal ridge vent. These are not the best and when we install the new roof it will be getting a new bigger plastic ridge vent that will allow the roof to breathe better and extend the life of the roof.
