A commercial roof over Knoxville, TN.

EPDM or rubber roof is used to install over this deck.  The deck has had several leaks, and the owner wanted to ensure no more leaks would occur.  The membrane roof is the best way to ensure this over a deck.

Litespeed Construction used a combination of ISO or insulation boards and EPDM or rubber roofing membrane on this project.

    Repairs to Rotten Rafters

There were several rafters that we had to repair.  They needed to be anchored better to the walls.  We had to remove the deck boards to

    get access to these rafters.

    Termination Bar at Deck Roof

T bar or Termination Bar is a very important part of a commercial roofing system.

New Rubber Roof is Great for Waterproof

This rubber roof will last years on this deck.

TPO works better than rubber if there is going to be foot traffic,

because rubber roofs can be messier for foot traffic.
