Litespeed Construction performed a roof inspection of an old three-tab roof in Tazewell, TN. This roof has various missing shingles and nail pops everywhere. This roof also has rotten wood that will need to be replaced especially around the big chimney at the front of the house. the chimneys do not have any flashing, the shingles have just been run up the chimney to divert water. The back gutters have also begun to fall off the fascia boards.

The back right corner of the gutter has detached from the fascia boards. Currently, the gutter is hanging off of the house.
The pipe boot on this roof is very old and is starting to separate from the roof. The shingles are buckling and can cause leaks.
