So this customers had some issues with the existing soffits it’s time for a paint for soffit and facia and they decided to use vinyl siding instead of soffit plywood material. Going ahead and replacing the gutters and adding new gutter guards is also a portion of this project.
These new gutters look terrific. We added back gutters, new downspouts, and gutter guards.
This new vinyl soffit came out looking terrific added lots more curb appeal for this home.
Replaced roof boards added drip edge and added back new shingles. We repaired the roof before we came back and did the facia soffit and gutters. There was damage to all the edges of the roof that needed to be repaired.
These roof repairs include replacing the deck boards at the edge of the roof adding new drip edge and adding shingles back at all eaves of the roof. We also did repairs to commercial roofing including adding drip edge and covering the drip edge with roofing cement.
These are the after photos of the added drip edge to this commercial roof.
This gable has an edge trim but not a drip edge. There doesn’t appear to be any issues with the gable edges of the roof. But there is rot at the eve of the roof near the gutter all the way around the Home.
Installing drip edge when we are repairing the roof will make the most sense.
We can install this micromesh gutter guard on top of the drip edge and underneath the shingles.
These gutter guards keep out all debris from this roof. This includes all Pine needles granules and leaves along with leaf debris.
