Nails need to be hammered down.  It could be the cause of leaks.

We will need to re-seal the nails. 

This area where the pipe is coming out has rotten wood underneath. It is very soft and it is recommended that this area be replaced. Nail holes for this pipe boot were sealed to stop the leaks in the apartment.

All popped out nails on this roof were pulled out and the holes were sealed to stop any possible leaks.

All of the stove pipes on this building were sealed to prevent any leaks.

All of the exhaust pipes were sealed to prevent leaks. Some pipes required the installation of pipe collars to completely seal up.

All of the gutters at this building were completely cleaned out.
