So I have to say that this inspection was a strange one because the front of the roof versus the back of the roof is like night and day. Almost like two different roofing contractors roofed it. We found only a few things on the front of the roof. A couple of cracked shingles and a few areas That looked like they may have had a lot of foot traffic, causing the shingles to be scuffed.
Now the back of the roof was a whole different story. As soon as I got on top of the ridge looking down the backside, it was immediately apparent that something was seriously wrong as I could see four or five different areas where shingles were sliding down the roof.
