This chimney leaked.  The leak was coming in at the chimney flashing.  Litespeed Construction performed a chimney repair and replaced all of the step flashing and counterflashing.  This repair of reflashing this chimney stopped roof the leak.

    First thing is removing shingles

    They are removing shingles around the chimney to expose the roof decking. Inspect roof decking and replace any rotted wood.
