Get the dumpster or dump trailer as close as possible

Make sure you ok the location of the trailer or dumpster with your customer.  We might block them into driveways or park somewhere we should not. Please be mindful of both the crew and the customers.  Use aerial images with markups to give folks ideas of where our dumpster might need to go.

We use Bin there Done that dumpster for 15-yard cans at $350. Hold 50sq

Junk be gone for a 10-yard can at $325. Hold 40 sq

in Asheville we use valley waste cans at $350-400. Holds 45 sq.

Or our subs trailers usually at $300. Hold anywhere from 30-45 sq depending on size.

Be conscious of using subs trailers if they are busily managing our projects.

    Materials dropping

You cant see the materials in this image but we had a nice big area to drop our palets.  This material came from superior distribution and we needed to meet the driver so we could show him exactly how to get to this address. Usually, this is not necessary but for this project it was.

make sure you know exactly where we are going to put our pallets before they fall.  Generally, we want them to be as close as possible to the roofline but out of the way. It is ok to put our pallets on the grass only if the customers give us explicit permission.

    Customer photo and testimonial videos

On every project, we get a customer testimonial video. This is pretty basic typescript should sound about like the following:

hey, guys, I'm Kirby with Litespeed, here with bruce our most recent customer.
Bruce. You tell folks what we did on your home?  Bruce can you tell us why you chose Litespeed Construction .? What's one thing you'd say to folks in the market for roofing work in Knoxville TN?

The script is pretty simple. Should be about 2-3 minutes.

    Siding and miscelaneous trades

This project got siding work on these front 2 dormers.  We used types or roofing felt and put vinyl siding over the top of old t-111 here.  The flashing from the roof went first and the paper and siding went on the outside of the flashing.  Google siding flashing to see more.
