This roof had an inspection where there might of been some leaking that occurred. We went ahead and made repairs to everything that we saw in the area that could’ve been causing this roof leak. Hopefully this satisfies and creates a great roof long time to come for these new homeowners.

We went over the entire section of this roof and made sure there were no exposed nails that could leak.
Caulking the top of an exhaust pipe to stop a roof leak. This is important because leaks can occur in the exhaust pipe. We went ahead and made sure that no water was leaking here.
This particular roof leak is most likely because the shingle union above does not extend to the above shingles. We used a flashing piece here to ensure that the water would get in at the shingle union.

I caulked under and around both exhaust vents.
