Waterproofing a Commercial Basement at Knoxville. We are adding a commercial roof over this basement structure. This has been a parking lot for many years. Or ants to turn the basement into usable space, so we need to add a roof to remove ponding water and waterproof the basement below. We are using a 60 mill TPO Commercial Roofing System, and this will ensure that water is drained to the street and three new scupper drains that we added to the back of the roof.
