Litespeed Construction installed an Owens Corning Driftwood Shingle on this home. There were a lot of boards that needed to be replaced on this project, but the roof came out looking excellent. The homeowners are really enjoying the Owens Corning Driftwood color and they are enjoying the security of their new roof!
The shingles need to replace on this roof. Not only are there roof leaks occurring as a result of these shingles being old but you can see these shingles have outlived their lifetime.
The ridge cap shingles are cracked and damaged. Cracking ridge cap shingles can cause problems on a roof including leaks, mold, and other damages.

The drip edge and roof edge looks great! You can see the black drip edge under the shingles and new Owens Corning shingles installed.
The old chimney counter flashing is in great shape. We replaced a lot of rotten boards at the chimney.
