    Overdriven Nails

    All of the shingles on this roof were overdriven and are not holding down the shingles. Any time there are high winds this roof will be vulnerable to having shingles blowing off. There have already been shingles replaced.

    No Drip Edge

    This roof does not have any drip edge around the home. Drip edge is essential to make sure that no water rots out the wood at the edges.

    Flat Roof With Issues

    This home has a flat roof on the front side that also has issues with the installation. The top doesn’t seem to be glued down, certain areas don’t have the right drip edge, and the corners need to be redone. The corners need new patches to ensure that no water enters the home.
