The flashing on the side of the dormers will need to be replaced.  The flashing in the front is OK and will not need to be replaced.

These dimensional shingles are in bad shape and show approximately 80 to 90% granular loss. This is why the owner is considering replacing this roof.

This project is getting roofs and gutters. We are discussing the possibility of changing the gutter color from a cream color to a bronze color  Because bronze color gutters will look great for many more years than lighter-colored gutters.
