This fainting porch would need a membrane roof probably an EPDM Rubber roof. The low portion of this flat roof Would need a membrane. There’s a small gable coming off that we could use singles for and we agree with our customer this will look better.

We are suggesting removing this old wood and stucco railing from the roof and adding back aluminum railing here. This would be 36 inches high it’s approximately the same height look very attractive and comes in white and black. This roofing feature on the front of this home is one that I would like to see kept.
