Litespeed Construction inspected this old roof in Knoxville, TN. This roof is a very old three tab roof with lots of damage. There are holes in the roof, missing shingles everywhere and no flashing at the chimney.

These are missing shingles at the front left corner of the roof. Also notice all of the missing granules on the shingles, this is the case across the whole roof.

The chimney on the left side does not have any step flashing at all. Every shingle should have a piece of step flashing behind the vinyl.
