This roof has a few missing pieces on the shingles, including a few ridge cap shingles that are gone.

The valleys on a roof are always the most vulnerable parts. We will be adding ice and a water shield to protect the roof.

The chimney will be flashed to prevent any leaks. No counter flashing will be installed because the customer will be adding stone to it later.
