This three-tab roof is showing its age. There are spots where the granule is no longer there. Many of the shingles have broken off or are missing along the edges. Various soft spots will require at least seven sheets of OSB. On the back right side of the house, some rafter tails will need to be fixed along with the fascia and soffit in that area.

The pipe boots on this three-tab roof are in pretty bad shape and are a perfect source for leaks. These boots will be replaced along with the new roof.

This home will get all new gutters all the way around along with the garage building to the left. The gutters will five-inch in musket brown.
