- 1Flashing Needs To Be Redone
This is the dormer where there is a leak coming through. Litespeed Construction is recommending the flashing be redone along the side of the dormer to prevent water from getting through.
Go To Pin - 2Damaged Shingles
These three sections of shingles have visible damage that could also be where water is getting through. These sections of shingles should be replaced.
Go To Pin - 3Elbow Downspouts Should Be Replaced
This home has about nine elbow downspouts that are turned directly to the sides of the shingles. This could cause leaks with water pouring out to the sides of the shingle. We are recommending that all elbows be changed over to B elbows to direct the water down to the gutter.
Go To Pin - 4Gutters Need To Be Repitched
The front of the house has downspouts in the center of the gutter so both sides of the gutters should be brought up to divert the water. The backside of the house also has a section of the gutter that needs to be brought up to divert the water.
