The house needs fascia metal replaced on both the left and right sides. There is a four-foot section of soffit that needs to be put back up on the front porch. The garage door has a trim piece that must be brought back up. The roof has a section of shingles that will need to be replaced along with some wood underneath as it is wet and rotting.
