Double layer shingle roof with leaks

    Two layers of shingles, rotten decking, rotten soffit and gutter issues

     Here you can see there are two layers of shingles. They installed the new roof on top of the old roof which is likely to cause problems Here, you can see that the previous roof was left on the structure and the newer roof was installed over the top. This type of installation is not recommended and frequently does cause problems.
