This new OC roof got new shingles, starter shingles, drip edge, synthetic underlayment, and new chimney flashing.

The backside of the house had a low slope roof, so a TPO roof was installed. This roof had to have some rotten wood replaced, then had fiberboard laid down before the TPO.
