At the edge of the building, you can see that the drain system has no grate or guard to prevent clogging. This is especially problematic combined with cracks and holes in the topcoat.

Here, you can see that the facia metal is beginning to detach from the boards behind it. This is due to rainwater spilling over the side of the building because of clogged drains. 

Bubbling, tears, and splits in the roof and gutter system allow water to infiltrate into the structure below.  These areas will need to be cleaned thoroughly and patched with Aldo coat 385

In these photos, you can see several areas of concern where the hot mop coating has peeled, disintegrated, and failed. These areas must be addressed with a high-quality patch coating like Aldo coat 385. Spot patching these areas could provide a leak-free repair for years to come!

Aldo 385 can be used as part of a multi-faceted coating system or as a standalone repair material.
