New Owens Corning Roof was installed on this house. The homeowner went with Estate Grey as the color to match the color he will be painting the home. The whole roofing system included shingles, starter shingles, drip edge, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield and new chimney flashing.

There was a lot of wood rot on this roof. There was a total of 16 sheets of OSB that had to be replaced.
