Home in Knoxville Needs A New Roof. This home in Knoxville, TN needs a new roof, gutters, fascia, and soffit work. The roof that we will be proposing is an Owens Corning shingle. We will be replacing all of the gutters due to their age and a lot of them are hanging off the house. About 75% of the fascia will need to be replaced as well. There are also going to be a couple of sections of wood soffit that will need to be replaced.

This roof received a new Owens Corning Estate Gray roof. We also installed starter shingles, drip edge, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, and ridge vent during the installation. The ridge vent will provide better ventilation for the roof. The ice and water shield will make sure that there are no leaks in the valleys.

Old Three Tab Roof

This home currently does not have any ridge vent and we will need to install a plastic ridge vent and ridge cap shingles to make sure that the roof ventilated properly.
