This is the core sample we took of the roof.  We determined that the roof is a build-up roof over 1” perlite insulation over metal decking.

The walls will need new metal on the edges.  

We recommend a roof over with GAF Everguard TPO.  We will place down ISO boards as shown below.  The picture below gives an example of what the new roof will look like.
