Retail Roofing Salesperson – Knoxville TN

Job Description

Our Salespeople are the backbone of Litespeed Construction.  This role will be a hybrid marketer, project manager, and closer.  We are looking for top performers with a proven track record of making customers happy and successful project completions, and we will treat these top performers better than any other company out there.  The ideal candidate will be able to take company leads and convert them to customers and self generate leads.  While the goal is to take our current leads and customers and create new warm opportunities and sales, utilizing our sales system is equally important for the person taking on this role and will differentiate you from the competition.  The ideal candidate will BYOC and BYOG, Bring Your Own Character and Guts. 

Summary

  • Selling Residential Roofing GAF ATLAS and OWENS CORNING shingles.
  • Selling and marketing sun runnels.
  • Selling and marketing commercial roofing and service agreements for apartment complexes.
  • Email, basic math skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Followup skills and asking for referrals a must.
  • Create relationships with HOA managers, apartment complex management, and asset managers.

Requirements

Candidates for the salesperson role should be comfortable with heights and with being on roofs for inspections up to 2 hours per week.  Must be willing to occasionally travel overnight and work on weekends occasionally.  The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 60 lbs including but not limited to construction materials, ladders, and other tools.  A good driving record and your own transportation is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Written resume and references.
  • Driver license
  • Email, estimating and, math skills, computer experience a must.
  • Friendly and helpful nature and open to meeting new people.
  • A track record of improving the companies that you have worked with.
  • Teamwork and listening to others is necessary.

  • Bring fresh and new ideas for company and sales optimization and share at team meetings each week.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Sell 25k to 50k weekly.

Construction Site Manager – Knoxville TN

Job Description

Attention to detail is a must for the Construction Site Manager.  Details like colors and matches for materials, safety equipment in place and being used, correct timing, and communication between crews and customers for Litespeed Construction.  This role will govern the job sites and support the crews and put them in a position to have success.  We are looking for top performers with a proven track record of making customers happy and successful project completions.  The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of residential and commercial construction materials with an emphasis in roofing.  Our goal for this role is to take our projects from contract to delivery and create the safest most pleasant customer experience possible.  As always, the ideal candidate will BYOC and BYOG, Bring Your Own Character and Guts. 

Summary

  • Familiarity with GAF ATLAS and OWENS CORNING shingles and roofing systems.
  • Familiarity with TPO and EPDM single ply membrane roofing systems.
  • Can order and install specialty roofing materials as needed including, sun tunnels, specialty siding, flashing, and chimney caps.
  • Site checking, photographing, prepping, and collecting money before construction.
  • Email, basic math skills, and basic computer skills.
