Knoxville Roofers inspected this home for a new roof. This is an older three-tab roof that has seen better days. This roof requires some new shingles. The back side of the roof has a flat roof that we will install a TPO layover to ensure that there is no water. The TPO will start underneath the shingles and be mechanically fastened.

The backside of this roof has six vents that will be taken off and covered when the new roof is installed. Instead of having these six vents, we will install a ridge vent at the top of the roof to allow the roof to breathe.
