Approximately 110’ fascia will need to be replaced on this home. The gutters have been failing, allowing water to get in from behind and onto the wood. The fascia feels spongy and will not be adequate to install new gutters. 

We will be removing the 5” gutters and installing new 6” gutters. The new 6” gutters will improve the drainage and ensure that the gutters do not overflow.
