We were called out to take a look at a couple of leaks. The first building we went to was pretty self-explanatory and easily fixed. On this building, it was quite different. The main leak came from a gutter that didn’t have a Downspout, and the water was running out backward, directly onto the roof and under the shingles. The following is what we are proposing to fix this!
