Old Roof With Small Amount of Hail Damages

This is an old roof with some level of very slight hail damage. The hell doesn’t really show up much on the shingles and definitely none of the soft metals of the roof. I don’t notice a ton of wind damage on this roof either.

This melting effect on the backside of the roof is possibly a defect also

This is very unusual to see black tar melting from under the side of a shingle roof. This might also be signs of shingle defects.
