My customer called into the office looking for gutter repairs and gutter cleaning and any other recommendations. Upon inspection, I found an ancient, recently painted guttering system that is beginning to fail at joints, pull away from the facia board, causing rot, and is a bit undersized. While these gutters may be repairable, I recommend a total replacement. I also am providing an estimate for gutter guards for these gutters, as they are complicated to reach for cleaning.

In this photo, you can see that the gutter guards are inadequate and have failed. The water is getting behind the gutters and rotting away the facia. This can lead to further damages beyond the facia boards and gutters.
