    These shingles are older and are very brittle. These shingles are no longer sticking together, making it easy for water to get through. The nails under the shingles are all rusty.

    A big portion of this roof has moss growth all over it. This home has lots of trees and coverage all around it. For this reason, we recommend an Atlas shingle to prevent stains and moss growth.

    Pipe Boots In Rough Shape

    All of the pipe boots are in rough shape. The metal boots are rusty all around. The black plastic boots have deteriorated a lot; some are even paper-thin.

    Old Metal Ridge Vent

    This home has the old metal ridge vent all around it. These ridge vents don’t provide the best ventilation, so we will be installing new plastic ridge vents that are bigger and ventilate better.
