Roofing and Gutters for a Rehab Property in Knoxville TN

Installed new fascia metal around both garage doors.

New gutters were installed along the entire front of the house along with downspouts. 

New gutters were installed along the entire back of the house with new downspouts.

New downspouts were installed at all drainage points with the new gutters.

This roof is a little different from plywood decking and 1×6 slats. Most of the roof is the 1×6 material.

This is a section of the roof that has holes in it. It is near the chimney, obviously, that got new roof decking.

We had 10 1 x 6 boards that we put on this roof. They are pictured here and we use them to replace some of the broken rotten boards.

New flashing around chimney to prevent leaks

Pipes got new boots and sealed them to prevent any leaks.

Different types of deck boards on this roof, part plywood, and part 1×6 roof deck.  There is a gap in the two-deck boards me these two deck boards meet.

These garage doors have rotting trim around them, and we are proposing to use metal to wrap this trim that is got problems from exposure to the elements.

These are old-style gutter hangers that are in very bad shape and pulling away from the facia. These gutters will definitely not make any type of a Roofing cycle they will fall off of this house.

As you can see here there are no gutters on the right side of this home. They have come off and I’ve fallen due to old age and wear. The rest of the gutters are in terrible shape and need to be replaced as well. Litespeed construction is proposing to replace the gutters and the facia medal at the eaves of the roof.

The stones of this chimney are in pretty good shape. This is a Stackstone style chimney. The flashing needs to be replaced completely when this property is reroofed.

There’s only one layer of roofing on this old roof which will make tear-off easier and cost less.
