These are missing shingles at the front left corner of the roof. Also notice all of the missing granules on the shingles, this is the case across the whole roof.

The chimney on the left side does not have any step flashing at all. Every shingle should have a piece of step flashing behind the vinyl.

The left side of the roof has a big hole in it. It is possible that a tree limb hit it or even critters. 

The pipe boots are no good on this roof. As you can see in the picture there is nothing stopping water from entering at the pipes.

This entire roof has missing shingles everywhere. This roof has broken tabs and whole shingles that have been blown away.
