This roof area is the laundry room and has been leaking for a while. This area has shingles that have been previously torn off. The shingles are older and are brittle, and easy to break off. The back right corner also has some rotten wood that will need to be replaced with the roof.

All of the accessories on this roof will be getting replaced. This includes all ridge vents, pipe boots, and drip edge.

This home will need new gutters. The gutters it currently has are older and will likely not survive the roof tear-off process. The downspouts will also be getting replaced.
