We used synthetic underlayment all around. Ice and water shield was used on a low slope section to protect the roof from any leaks.

    Better Ventilation

    A new ridge vent will give this roof better ventilation and extend its life of the roof.

    Chimney Cricket Added

    This chimney cricket was built to divert water away from the chimney. The wood at this chimney had been rotted out previously from all the moisture.
