This roof had 14 1×6 boards replaced that were rotting. We used synthetic underlayment all around. Ice and water shield was used on a low slope section to protect the roof from any leaks.

A new ridge vent will give this roof better ventilation and extend its life of the roof.

This chimney cricket was built to divert water away from the chimney. The wood at this chimney had been rotted out previously from all the moisture.

This roof got all new GAF Pewter Gray shingles with all GAF accessories.
