    A Ridge Vent Does Not Make Much Sense on This Roof

    A ridge vent won’t make much sense in this home simply because the ducts were designed to work with the attic space and vaulted ceilings. The attic space will not ventilate up to the ridge, so hot air will not escape through a ridge vent.
