The metal panel at the front of the house came up during a storm. Upon inspection, it was found that there were not enough screws on this and other panels. The necessary screws were added to the roof panels. Screws were also added to all of the transition metal. The pipe boots on this roof were also serviced to ensure no leaks.

The back side of the roof had damaged siding that leaks inside the home could very well cause. These areas were sealed to prevent water from getting in.
