Knoxville Roofers inspected this home with an older three tab roof. The backside of the house had the shingles replaced at some point but they are still not in the best condition. The flashing on both chimneys is in bad condition and falling apart. The small chimney does not have to flash on one side; it appears that the shingles were bent to divert water away from the chimney. The roof has some missing shingles and sections of roofing cement that may have been used to fix a leak. This roof also has no ridge vents to allow the roof to breathe.
