The pipe boot at the top of the roof was not installed correctly and had nails exposed. The exhaust vent and pipe boot on the right side of the home were not done correctly with the proper boots when the roof was installed.

The fascia metal along the entire house will need to be replaced. Most of it is missing, and what is there is in poor condition.
