Commercial Roof in Oak Ridge needs new roofs! There are multiple leaks on all three buildings. We have addressed some of the leaks with repairs but the best option to stop the leaks and prevent additional leaks will be to roof the buildings. We would recommend a roof layover.

Due to the undersized downspouts the gutter system remained clogged which caused water damaged. We recommend install larger downspouts.

On the main building, we pulled 2 core samples. One at the top of the roof and one at the base and both showed the same results. We found a 1/2″ of asphalt type membrane with a 3/4″ fiberboard base and a plank wood roof decking. Go To Pin
