In this photo, you can see that someone has painted the old roof and it is beginning to peel. You can also see where there are some missing screws and there is evidence of bad gaskets between screws and roof panels. These are likely to be causing small leaks.

In this photo, you can see that the wall flashing is intact and appears to be installed properly. This will be replaced as needed. The remaining flashing should be painted to match the drip edge.
