Litespeed Construction inspected two roofs in Seymour, TN. The house roof has had wind damage, and many shingles have been blown away. The shingles are three-tab shingles. The garage also has three-tab shingles that are very old and need to be replaced.

The entire roof on this house has had wind damage. There are missing tabs all over the home.

The garage building on the side of the house will also be getting replaced. It is an old gray three-tab roof that will also need some woodwork.

The home had some rotten wood that had to be replaced. We replaced 3 sheets of OSB.

The whole roof is getting synthetic underlayment while the valleys are getting ice and water shield. All the edges of the roof will be getting drip edge.

The garage building had rotten wood along the eave of the backside and the eave on the left side. We also had to repair OSB and rafters at a valley on the backside.

This roof got Owens Corning Oakridge Driftwood Shingles installed. The garage building got the Estate Grey color. Both buildings got synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, pipe boots and ridge vent.
