This Ruth has metal roofing screws that are backing out. This is mostly at the edges of the roof because there is more force at the edge of the roof from the wind. It is an easy place for a roof to leak once a screw backs out. This is one of the reasons that we at Litespeed Construction do not like metal roofs because the screws go bad.
