Aldo Coat for Leaking R Panel in Knoxville, TN

In this photo of the lower roof surface, you can see that the old coating is peeling and failing.  This is likely due to inferior materials, age, and maintenance issues.

Here, you can see where the lower roof meets the wall, and several attempts to stop leaks have been made. Aldo 385 should be applied before the coating to flash and prevent future leaks.

In this photo, you can see that someone has attempted to seal around screw holes. This substance appears to be very thin and probably not very effective. Detailing screw holes and flashing areas with Aldo coat 385 is a much more permanent solution.

Here, you can see that the new skylight installation may be a little lacking. We cannot speak to how long the plastic skylights will last, but we can ensure that no water will ever seep between panels. 

This is directly over one identified leak in the hanger. Several screws around the perimeter have begun to back out, allowing the rake metal to lift from the roof surface, causing water penetration. These areas need to be re-fastened with new screws and detailed with Aldo coat 385.

These vents need to be detailed with Aldo code 385 around the perimeter and then coated with topcoat around perimeter fasteners.

The seams and corners of these commercial gutters can be detailed inside with Aldo code 385 to eliminate active leaks.
