Proposed to delete this cupola.  Add boards and new shingles over.

This wall flashing appears good, but there is a leak below.  We will open this area when deleting the cupola to investigate further.

Recommend resealing the chimney flue.  Cap is in good shape otherwise.

Recommend adding two sun tunnels to the darkroom between the living space and the garage.
